Delete my PetMitra account

You can delete your account and personal data yourself, here or in the PetMitra app (Account → Privacy & data rights). This is permanent.

What happens

  • Your profile, saved addresses, pet profiles, wishlist, cart, saved locations, notification history and sign-in sessions are erased, and you are signed out everywhere.
  • Records the law makes us keep stay without your name, phone or e-mail: tax invoices and order records (up to 8 years) and veterinary and prescription records (for the period the rules require).
  • An order or refund still in progress must finish first; the page tells you if so.
  • You confirm with a one-time code sent by SMS to the phone number of the account.
