12.1 Seller responsibilities
Third-party sellers must provide accurate Product information and comply with applicable requirements concerning product authenticity, safety, labelling, fulfilment and consumer complaints.
12.2 Professional responsibilities
Veterinarians, pharmacists, groomers and other professionals must maintain required qualifications, registrations and authorizations.
12.3 Platform role
PetMitra's role may vary between direct seller, service provider and platform facilitator. The applicable role should be disclosed for the relevant transaction.
12.4 Complaints
PetMitra may investigate complaints, request records, suspend listings or bookings, or take other lawful action where safety, fraud or compliance concerns arise.
12.5 No blanket immunity
The use of an independent vendor or professional does not automatically eliminate PetMitra's own obligations under applicable law.
