PetMitra may update its policies when its services, business operations or applicable laws change.

Updated policies shall be published on the website with an effective or last-updated date. Where law requires notice or renewed consent, PetMitra shall follow that requirement.

The terms applicable to a completed transaction should remain identifiable through the relevant acceptance record.
