Electronic Acceptance Records

PetMitra should maintain a reliable record of acceptance, including:

• User ID;
• order or booking ID;
• relevant service type;
• Master Terms version;
• service-specific terms version;
• date and time;
• checkbox/consent event;
• payment reference, where applicable;
• prescription/consultation reference, where applicable.

The record should identify the version presented to the User at the time of acceptance. Records must be retained according to applicable law and the Company's retention policy.
