Dosage & Administration Guidelines

Administer orally twice daily (every 12 hours) strictly as directed by your veterinarian:

• Target Therapeutic Dose: 0.2 mg to 0.6 mg Pimobendan per kg body weight per day, divided into two equal doses spaced roughly 12 hours apart (standard target is 0.25 mg/kg every 12 hours).

• CRITICAL TIMING - Empty Stomach Administration:

  • Always administer approximately 1 hour before feeding, or 2 hours after a meal.
