Directions for Use & Fitting Guide

Remove the collar from the protective foil pouch just before fitting on your pet.

1. Unroll & Activate: Unwind the collar and pull on the tab to release the clasp mechanism.

2. Proper Fitting: Place the collar comfortably around your cat or small dog's neck. Insert the free end through the buckle.

3. Check the Fit: Ensure a comfortable fit by sliding two fingers easily between the collar and the pet's neck. It should sit comfortably against the coat without choking or slipping over the head.

4. Trim Excess: Cut off any excess collar length beyond 2 to 3 inches past the buckle.

5. Continuous Wear: The pet must wear the collar continuously for 2 months (60 days) for optimal epidermal lipid restoration.

6. Waterproof Maintenance: No need to remove the collar during regular baths, grooming, or rainy weather.

7. Important Safety Notice: This is a therapeutic dermatological collar—never attach a walking leash, tie-out cable, or lead to the Atopivet collar. Use a separate walking harness or collar for walks.
