Safety Warnings, Contraindications & Precautions

• Canine Specific Only: Strictly contraindicated for use in cats. Felines possess deficient glucuronidation pathways and cannot safely metabolize coxib-class NSAIDs.

• Do Not Combine with Other NSAIDs or Steroids: Concurrent or overlapping administration with corticosteroids (prednisolone, dexamethasone) or other NSAIDs (carprofen, meloxicam, flunixin) significantly amplifies the risk of gastrointestinal ulceration and renal toxicity.
