Clinical Indications

• Treatment and continuous 12-week prevention of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis and Ctenocephalides canis).

• Treatment and long-term control of tick infestations (Rhipicephalus sanguineus, Ixodes ricinus, Dermacentor reticulatus, Haemaphysalis spp.).

• Secondary prevention of tick-borne hemoprotozoan diseases (Canine Babesiosis, Ehrlichiosis).

• Treatment and control of Demodectic mange (Demodex canis) and Sarcoptic mange (Sarcoptes scabiei).

• Treatment of ear mite infestations (Otodectes cynotis).

• Strategic management of Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD).

Dosage & Administration Guidelines

Administer orally once every 12 weeks (3 months) as directed by your veterinarian.

• Target Weight Range: Designed for dogs weighing 20 kg to 40 kg.

• Administration Protocol:

  • Offer the chewable tablet directly from your hand as a treat, or mix it into a portion of regular food.

  • Administering with or around mealtime enhances systemic bioavailability and minimizes the chance of mild gastric upset.

  • Confirm that your dog swallows the complete tablet.

• Bathing & Grooming: No restrictions. Dogs can be bathed, shampooed, or go swimming immediately before or after dosing without affecting product efficacy.

• For Mange Treatment: While one standard dose often treats mange mites, severe or generalized demodicosis may require a tailored protocol under veterinary guidance.

• For canine veterinary oral use only. Do NOT administer to cats.

• Age & Weight Limits: Not recommended for puppies under 6 months of age or dogs weighing less than 20 kg (use the corresponding Vetecto 250mg or 500mg variants instead).
