Target Parasite Spectrum

Directions for Administration

1. Shake Well: Shake the bottle thoroughly before drawing the liquid to ensure uniform active dispersion.

2. Measure Dose: Use the included graduated dropper or syringe to draw 1 ml for every 1 kg of current body weight (e.g., 0.5 ml for a 500g pup, 1.5 ml for a 1.5 kg pup).

3. Administer:

   • Direct Oral Route: Insert the dropper gently into the corner of the puppy’s mouth and slowly depress the plunger onto the back of the tongue.

   • Mixed with Food: Can be blended into a small spoonful of starter mousse, puppy wet food, or curd. Ensure the puppy eats the entire portion to receive the full dose.

4. Fasting: Fasting before or after dosing is not required.

Safety Warnings, Precautions & Storage

• Canine Use Only: Formulated specifically for dogs and puppies. Do not use in cats.

• Age Minimum: Do not administer to puppies under 2 weeks of age or weighing less than 0.5 kg.

• Pregnancy & Nursing Precautions: Do not use in pregnant or lactating bitches. Febantel has demonstrated potential teratogenic risks at high doses during early gestation. Treat lactating mothers with an approved nursing-safe maternal dewormer under veterinary guidance.

• Drug Interaction Warning: Do not use concurrently with piperazine compounds. Pyrantel and piperazine exert opposing neuromuscular mechanisms (spastic paralysis vs. flaccid neuromuscular blockade) and will neutralize each other's efficacy.

• Hygiene Alert: Dead worms and viable microscopic eggs may pass in the puppy's stool for 24 to 72 hours post-dosing. Clean up waste immediately and wear gloves to prevent zoonotic roundworm transmission (Toxocara canis visceral larva migrans).
