Directions for Use & Bathing Protocol

For topical cutaneous wash only under direct veterinary supervision:

1. Pre-Wash Wetting: Thoroughly soak your pet’s coat with lukewarm water from the back of the neck down to the tail (protect eyes and ears).

2. Dilution & Application: Mix a sufficient quantity of Conaseb Shampoo with a small volume of water. Apply liberally across the entire body, especially focusing on affected regions (groin, neck folds, underbelly, and interdigital paw spaces).

3. Lather & Massage: Massage thoroughly into the coat, ensuring the lather penetrates down to the skin level.

4. MANDATORY CONTACT TIME (10 to 15 Minutes): Allow the lather to remain on the skin for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing. (This dwell time is essential for ketoconazole and chlorhexidine to penetrate bacterial and fungal cell walls). Keep your pet distracted to prevent licking.

5. Thorough Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly with running lukewarm water until all traces of lather are completely removed. Towel dry or blow-dry on a cool setting.

6. Treatment Frequency:

   • Active Flare-ups / Infections: Bathe once to twice weekly for 4 consecutive weeks.

   • Maintenance Routine: Reduce to once every 2 weeks or as directed by your veterinarian.
