Step-by-Step Directions for Use

1. Pre-Wash Rinsing: Completely wet your pet’s coat with clean, lukewarm water from neck to tail.

2. Apply & Lather: Dispense an adequate amount of Kezopet Shampoo along the spine. Work gently into the coat and skin, adding small splashes of water to generate a thick, rich lather. Pay particular attention to high-friction folds: armpits, groin, underbelly, interdigital paw spaces, and neck folds.

3. The 10–15 Minute Dwell Period: Allow the lather to remain on the skin for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing. This contact time is vital for Ketoconazole and Chlorhexidine to disrupt cell membranes and neutralize fungal spores. Keep your pet distracted with gentle praise or a lick mat to avoid licking or shaking off the lather.

4. Thorough Rinse: Flush the coat with plenty of clean running water until all lather and residue are completely washed away.

5. Drying & Brushing: Gently towel-dry your pet. If using a blow dryer, keep it on a cool setting to prevent drying out healing skin. Brush the coat once dry.

Recommended Treatment Schedule

• Active Infections (Severe Pyoderma / Yeast / Ringworm): Bathe 2 to 3 times weekly for 3 to 4 consecutive weeks, or as directed by your veterinarian until clinical signs and skin cytology resolve.

• Routine Preventative & Maintenance Care: Bathe once every 2 weeks or monthly to keep prone pets free from recurrent flares and seborrhoea.
