Directions for Use & Step-by-Step Application Protocol

Application Steps:

1. Cleanse the Wound Bed: Gently flush and clean the damaged skin area using sterile saline solution or a mild antiseptic rinse to remove gross dirt, grit, and crusted exudate. Pat dry with sterile gauze.

2. Expose the Lesion: Ensure the fur around the wound is parted or trimmed back neatly so the product contacts the damaged skin directly.

3. Application:

   • Spray Method: Hold the bottle 5 to 10 cm from the wound and spray a uniform, light layer directly over the injured skin and along the wound edges.

   • Sensitive / Facial Areas: Spray Cicafolia® onto a clean gloved fingertip or sterile gauze and dab gently onto the lesion, avoiding the eyes and nostrils.

4. Allow Film Formation: Let the gel-serum air-dry undisturbed for 60 to 90 seconds. It will form an invisible, flexible protective film over the tissue.

5. No Bandage Required: Because the product creates its own protective barrier, external gauze bandaging is usually unnecessary unless advised by your veterinarian for high-impact joint areas.

6. Frequency of Application: Apply at least twice daily (morning and evening) directly onto the damaged area.

7. Duration: Continue daily application as long as necessary until complete restoration and epithelial closure of the skin surface is achieved.
