Step-by-Step Directions for Use

1. Wound Preparation: Gently debride non-viable necrotic tissue and flush the wound thoroughly using sterile normal saline solution. Pat the wound margins dry with sterile gauze.

2. Powder Application: Dust or sprinkle Spraid Wound Powder evenly over the entire wound bed to form a thin layer (approximately 1 mm thick) ensuring it reaches deep recesses and irregular crevices.

3. Dressing Protocol:

   • Heavily Exudative Wounds: Cover with a sterile absorbent primary dressing and bandage; change daily or as needed when struck through with exudate.

   • Minimally Draining / Dry Wounds: Cover with a non-adherent secondary dressing or leave open under an Elizabethan collar to prevent licking.

4. Dressing Changes: If the dressing adheres during bandage removal, gently moisten with sterile saline to loosen it without stripping freshly formed granulation tissue.

5. Frequency: Reapply every 24 to 48 hours depending on wound condition and veterinary guidance until full re-epithelialization is achieved.
