Indications / Uses

Visiocare may be prescribed by a veterinarian for:

• Increasing tear production in Keratoconjunctivitis Sicca (KCS)

• Management of allergic keratoconjunctivitis

• Certain ocular conditions suspected to have an immune-mediated component

How It Works

Cyclosporine acts locally as an immunomodulator when applied ophthalmically.

In KCS, it is used to help stimulate tear production and manage the ocular surface inflammation associated with reduced tear production.

Directions for Use

Apply ophthalmically as recommended by your veterinarian.

The dose, frequency and duration of treatment should be determined by the veterinarian according to the pet's eye condition and response to treatment.

Wash your hands before administration and avoid allowing the tip of the applicator to touch the eye or other surfaces.

Important Information

Visiocare is a prescription ophthalmic medicine and should be used only under veterinary supervision.

Eye redness, discharge, squinting, cloudiness, excessive rubbing or changes in vision can have many causes. A proper ophthalmic examination is important before starting treatment.

Do not discontinue long-term treatment for KCS without veterinary advice, as ongoing management may be required.
