Active Composition & Mode of Action

• Ketoconazole (Synthetic Imidazole Antifungal): Inhibits the fungal cytochrome P-450 enzyme 14-alpha-demethylase, blocking the synthesis of ergosterol in fungal cell membranes. This causes cellular leakage, stopping fungal growth and clearing yeast (Malassezia) and dermatophyte (ringworm) infections.

• Chlorhexidine Gluconate (Bisbiguanide Antiseptic): Rapidly binds to bacterial cell walls, disrupting osmotic balance and causing precipitation of cytoplasmic contents. Highly effective against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria with lasting residual antiseptic activity.

• Vitamin E & Conditioning Excipients: Acts as a localized topical antioxidant to neutralize tissue free radicals, soothe dry flaking skin, and maintain epithelial integrity.

Directions for Use

1. Preparation: Gently clean away crust, dirt, or debris from the affected area and pat completely dry.

2. Application: Shake the bottle well. Hold the nozzle approximately 5 to 10 cm away and spray directly onto the lesion until thoroughly covered.

3. Frequency: Apply twice daily or strictly as advised by your veterinarian.

4. Post-Application Care: Keep the pet distracted for 5–10 minutes with a treat or toy to prevent them from licking the site until the spray is completely dry. An Elizabethan collar (cone) can be used if licking persists.

5. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, and inside the inner ear canal.
